External fiberglass screen system for large openings, the latest in sun protection systems, offering exceptional user comfort, automation, and aesthetics, while reducing cooling energy consumption by over 60%.
GGT 4000 ZIP is produced with a maximum width of up to 550 cm and a maximum height of up to 600 cm.
The system consists of an aluminum cassette with dimensions 164 x 150 mm, guides measuring 54 x 50.5 mm, a threaded pipe, and fiberglass screen fabric. It operates via an electric motor, controlled by a switch, "smart house" system, or remote control.
The cutting and tailoring of the screen material are performed using cold ultrasonic cutting technology, which melts the edges. This method ensures edge durability and prevents mechanical damage. As a result, the material winds correctly, even without side guides.
The folding of the lower part of the screen material, inserted into the aluminum weight, is done using ultrasonic bonding technology. The bonding width is 20 mm, making this area opaque.
Using the same ultrasonic bonding process, the upper part of the screen material is welded to a PVC flat strip (keder), which is then inserted into the groove of the aluminum threaded pipe.
