GGT 850 is manufactured with a maximum width of 300 cm and a maximum height of 275 cm.
GGT 850 ZIP is manufactured with a maximum width of 275 cm and a maximum height of 175 cm.
Technical system description
The system consists of an aluminum cassette measuring 86.5 x 85 mm, guides measuring 46 x 35 mm, a winding tube, and screen fiberglass material.
The operation is powered by an electric motor, controlled by a switch, a "smart home" system, or a remote control.
Manufacturing process:
Cutting and tailoring of the screen material are performed using ultrasonic cold cutting technology with edge melting. This method ensures the durability of sealed edges and prevents mechanical damage to the edges of the screen material. It ensures precise desired dimensions, enabling proper winding even without side guides.
The lower part of the screen material, which fits into the aluminum bar, is formed using ultrasonic welding of the PVC structure on the screen material. The welding width is 20 mm, making the material non-transparent (smooth) at this point.
